Supplemental Object Documentation
The timer is a synchronization object whose state is set to stopped when the specified time arrives.
Stopped is the primary method for judging time, and determines if the timer is on or off.
The following example is based upon the engine being initialized at which point a timer is started, governed by the interval and stopped.
